For IFRflights, the timeatwhich

it is estimated that the aircraftwill arriveover that designatedpoint,

definedby reference tonavigation aids, fromwhich it is intended

that an instrument approachprocedurewill be commenced, or, if no

navigation aid is associatedwith the aerodrome, the timeatwhich

the aircraftwill arriveover the aerodrome. For VFRflights, the time at

which it is estimated that the aircraftwill arriveover the aerodrome.

ExpectedApproachTime (EAT):

The timeatwhichATCexpects that an

arriving aircraft, followingadelay, will leave theholdingfix to complete

its approach for a landing.
