Separation.

visibility is less thanVMC.
Speed limitations.
Aircraft operating inClassD airspace arenot to exceed:
• 200 kt at or below2500 ft above the aerodrome level within 4nm of the
primaryClassD aerodrome.
• 250 ktwhenoperating in other parts of ClassD airspace.
