Date and time is indicated in a combinationof thedate and time in a single six
figure group. However, a 10figure group comprising the year,month, date,
hours andminutes is used for NOTAM andSUPs. This is reduced to an eight
figure group (nil year) for SPFIB. The format is as follows: YYMMDDHHMM
For example, 1215 hoursUTC on23March2010wouldbewritten as
