When an issued airways clearance needs to be changedATSwill prefix the

new route and/or level detailswith the term ‘Recleared’ to indicate to the

pilot that a changehas beenmade to the previous clearance and this new

clearance supersedes the previous clearanceor part thereof. The level will be

stated in all clearance changes regardless ofwhether a change to the initially

cleared level ismade or not, e.g:

• ATS: ‘(aircraft call-sign) Recleared [TO (destination)] [(route clearance

details)] (level)’.
