Answer said A.

Track 80 degrees, wind from 150degrees, that gives a 20 degrees angle from 170 degrees( 80+90= 170, 3 oclock of track), a simple trigonometry will result:

sin (20 degrees) = 0.3420
cos (20 degrees) = 0.9397
Hence cross wind = 45 kts * 0.9397 = about 42 kts, head wind = 45 kts * 0.3420 = about 15 kts. I believe consulting a flight computer will give the same result.

42kts cross wind from right is about 17 degrees drifts from right, that makes HDG(T) = 80 + 17 = 97, and HDG(M) = 97 -10 = 87
15 kts head wind makes the GS = 145 - 15 = 130kts.

Answer should be 87 degrees and 130kts, not 87 and 123.

If you are using a CR type flight computer you will need to apply the effective TAS (ETAS) with 17° of drift.
