Anton created the topic: PPL and (PNR + ETP)

Hi there.

I notice in Bob's new 2014 PPL Study Guide a section has been added on the Point of No Return (PNR) and Equi-Time Point (ETP). Are these topics now examined as part of the PPL exam ? I hope to be doing the PPL exam in the next few months and wondered if this will be questioned.

Many thanks in advance

Hi Anton,

Yes, accoridng to the MOS, PNR and ETP calculations are included. There is also going to be additional material on GNSS, and turbocharging/supercharging which have snuck into the PPL syllabus as well.

Cheers,

Rich
