I’m just wondering if someone could explain to me how they have come up with the empty a/c and pilot figure for the attached question

Finger trouble with the PC?

My guess is that the item is from setting up the previous answer and it was just missed. It is irrelevant so wasn't picked up in the checking process.

Yes, the empty aircraft, pilot and passengers weigh 2410. Since you are zero fuel weight limited in this case, the actual fuel on board doesn't affect the answer. You can load to 2630kg (the ZFW limit) without fuel. Since you've been told the weight of the pilot, empty aircraft and passengers is 2410, the max cargo is 2630 - 2410 = 220kg.
