Effective TAS on CR5 Computers

Hi again,

To determine Effective TAS on a CR5 style flight computer, how do you get the effective TAS? I am aware that ETAS = GS + W/C, but I dont know how to calculate the W/C on a CR5 to get the groundspeed to the ETAS value.
