Hi there,
Does anyone know if we'll need the Density Altitude Charts for the exam ? And If so, do we need take it with us or is it provided by the examiner ? For all I know is we are only allowed CAAP 92-1(1) and CAAP 234-1(1).

No. There will be no questions on the use of the declared density altitude charts because the CAO is not a permitted document. However you should be aware of their existence and purpose. For example they are provided to give you reasonable argument in court that you 'had regard for all of the circumstances' in calculating the maximum landing weight at an aerodrome where there is no TAF and no other means of determining the temperature and QNH for your arrival.
Of course, you would never use the DDA for take-off, since you are actually present at the airfield at take-off. In that case, you would use the ambient conditions.
