CMET exam Length

G'day all,

Just had a CMET exam today.
It was only 30 questions long? Was a little confused as I thought it was only supposed to be 40 questions long. I even asked the invigilator at the time and she said I only had 30 questions as shown on the question list on the right and at the bottom of the screen.

CASA website definitely says - Meteorology 1hr 30mins+ (40 marks total*) Pass 70%
- Is this right?

I think everyone is different , I had 35 for my exam . Some of the question worth 3 mark, and 2 mark need to spent some time on it .

Thanks mate, wasn't aware of that but makes sense - (now in hindsight) -hence the "marks for this question" which sometimes noticed but failed to take in.

G’day all,

Just had a look at CASA’s website and it says “40 marks” not “40 questions”. So they could sling you a few 2 or 3 mark questions.

www.casa.gov.au/scripts/nc.dll?WCMS:STANDARD::pc=PC_90070

Probably a bit late but I hope someone finds this useful.

Thanks for the input, CANCEL SARTIME.

Errrmmm, can we call you "Cancel" for short, or do you prefer "Mr Sartime" :)
