Hi, I think I am missing something in reading the TTF.

The CIR Revision Set 4 Question 1 in the IREX study guide has in a TTF: TEMPO 0530/0570 xxx
AIP GEN 3.5 para 3.6.5 says that the "from/to" time is expressed in hhmm. What time is 0570?

The answer says that the arrival time of 0615 is inside 0530/0570.

Thanks,
Lindsay

OOPS. That is obviously my attempt to introduce decimal time into aviation! It appears that no body is buying the idea of 100 minutes to the hour, so I'll have to go back to the base 60 system! It should have read 0530/0730.

INTER and TEMPO of course will always have two times, a commencement and an ending. FM or BECMG will only have a commencement time.
