We have locked down the IP addresses from offending countries.

Hi guys
When calculating wind direction and crosswind are we expected to apply magnetic variation to the TAF for the purpose of exam?
Also what is the runway length limit as I do not see any on the spec sheet for VH OZY. I note there is a question in the alternate section of the IREX TEXTBOOK which indicates we can land on runway 27 at La Trove Valley. It is a gravel runway length 919 metres ( although this is only annotated on the tiny airport diagram in ERSA). Are there any limitations in regards to which runways we can use for VH OZY?
