On my 2nd attempt I calculated 10.3+5=15.3nm, however I am puzzled with the explanation not to use buffer if not asked in the question.
Is this something we can expect at the exam regardless of word "must" in the AIP ?
The tolerance area must include a semi-circle. The question is asking for the radius of the included semi-circle. You would still need to add the 5nm buffer. The correct answer would be 15.3nm.
