ifr into NVFR

A pilot who has ifr rating wish to conduct NVFR. with or without psg , charter or private .
Question:
Does he still has to have meet the NVFR recency ?
1 take off and 1 landing (night)in previous 6 month ( without psg)
3 take off and 3 landing (night) in previous 90 days. ( with psg)
logged in 5 hours of night flying and 1 hour dual flight plus 1 hour solo nite circuit .

Brendan Ritson replied the topic: ifr into NVFR

The recent experience requirement of having conducted at least 1 night take-off and at least 1 night landing within the previous 6 months, or been assessed as competent to conduct a flight at night by a flight instructor, pertains to Night VFR Ratings: CASR 61.965.

The recent experience requirement of having conducted at least 3 night take-offs and at least 3 night landings within the previous 90 days for carrying a passenger at night pertains to Pilot Licences: CASR 61.395 (2).

The requirement of at least 5 hours of aeronautical experience at night, including at least 1 hour of dual flight and 1 hour of solo night circuits, pertains to single-engine aeroplane Night VFR Endorsements: CASR 61.980.
