Hi Bob Rich
In one of the online practice exams the flight planning requirements from YSSY to YCFS as follows
DCT TESAAT H185 ENTRA H133 MATLA W223 NICLA W446 KMP W196 CFS DCT
But the answer to the question is instead of MATLA it has WMD ?can you please explain this for me
Also for flight planning requirements is the away for RPT charter to only have 1 GPS with no radio nav aids
In the AIP GEN 1.5-5 para 2.1 it says that you can get away with one TSO C146A or TSO C145a is there any other AIP references ?
But the alternate requirements from what I can see it doesn't really say anything about having just GPS it only says about having radio nav aids ?

The reference to MALTA is due to a recent change in ERSA. That has since been amended.
AIP GEN 1.5 para 2.1 says that an IFR CHTR or RPT aircraft that has only one RNAV (GNSS) receiver must also have at one ADF or one VOR. If you don't have an ADF or VOR, you would have to have two RNAV (GNS) receivers TSO C145/6 or TSO 196.
