Where is this place YWPO? its not listed in the ERSA???

Thanks for that feed-back. It looks like they've changed the name from YWPO to WELS. You'll find WELS on the PCA chart. All place names mentioned in ARFORs are on the PCA. I've made the changed for the next print of the book. Thanks again.
