Answer is C based on 1040 ft agl and 4.4km vis.
On current Jepp charts state 1420 ft and 2.4km vis (with actual aero QNH).
What would be the correct answer in this case then?

Another question from revision exercise 3.2 question 27.
Where in the Jepps would you find the statement that sydney requires 30 minute traffic holding? (and for this matter if any other airport requires traffic holding)
