LionAir created the topic: About the IREX cyber exam

To anyone who reads this,

Can i have any information on what is given at the IREX exam. I know we are suppose to provide:

- CAR
- CAOs
- CAAP
- AIP Complete.

What else will be provided by ASL besides the below items?

- Calculator
- Scrap Papers

Will they give something like the VFR(DAY) Booklet for the Met Questions?

Also,

why do i hear that IREX is one of the more difficult exams?
I went through the book and it looks fine to me. Im actually worried that i have not revised enough. Which components of the syllabus are the more tricky ones and that i have to focus more on?

Thank you for any inputs and advices!

Also, the data on VH-OZY, is it given or one has to memorise it?

You will get most of the information on exams material at the CASA website:

www.casa.gov.au/scripts/nc.dll?WCMS:STANDARD::pc=PC_90074

You will not have to remember anything about the OZY. Information is either provided in the question stem, or given as a link. The IREX exam isn't especially difficult, but it is very far ranging in knowledge areas. As long as you have put in the effort and know your way around the documents, you should manage OK.
