Cancelling SARWATCH?

For an IFR flight landing at an airport in a general aviation control zone SAR watch is cancelled -
Choose one answer.
a. by the pilot giving a landing report
b. automatically when the aircraft lands
c. by the pilot giving a 'cancel sarwatch' report after landing
d. by telephone after landing
I can't seem to find the reference for this, so can't see why it isn't 'c' in accordance with ENR 1.1 52.1.1
The correct answer given was b.

Hello there Aviator Dan, or anyone who is studying IREX at the moment, I also have the following question from
the Study Guide Chap 7. under General Qs (question 9) which is also giving the same answer which I can't seem to understand.
Can anyone help me?

a) Automatically when the aircraft lands
b) By the pilot giving a landing report
c) By the pilot giving a "cancel sarwatch" report after landing
