Hi Guys,
There's something I'm really confused about and wondering if someone can help clear it up.
I understand that in low visibility the runway will look further away then it actually is, in the Bob Tait book, it says the pilot will therefore feel low and compensate by flying a higher approach. Yet in other resources they say the illusion is that of being too high, causing the pilots to fly a higher than normal approach.
