Which one is resistant to change?
-personality is NOT resistant to change but attidue is
-attitude and personality are both resistant to change
-personality is resistant to change but attitude is not
-personality and attitude are both NOT resistant to change

My friend chose they both are not resistant to change and got it correct but i highly doubt it, attidue can change but personality stays the same

I guess the point is 'resistant to change'. It doesn't say that they can't change, it says they are resistant to change. In other words, even though your personality or attitude may change over time, on any particular occasion, you are likely to default the dictates of your personality or attitudes.
