Howard created the topic: KDRs

Hi Bob,
I'm going through my KDRs for my CPL and for human factors 11.15(c) it asks to give an example of a committed error and how action could be taken to ensure safe
flight.

I can't find it in your book. Please help

We recently visited Canberra and had a meeting with the examination section. This question came up and the response was that errors can be errors of omission [things you should have done and forgot to do], or errors of commission [things you did do that you you shouldn't have done]. Proper planning and briefing should limit errors of commission.
