Induce and parasite drag

An increase in indicated air speed during level flight is accompanied by

a) an increase in induce drag and an increase in parasite drag
b) an decrease in induce drag and increase in parasite drag
c) an increase in induce drag and an decrease in parasite drag
d) an decrease in induce drag and an decrease in parasite drag

I read something about it on bob tait book that in level flight both induce and parasite drag will increase but one of my friend said a decrease in induce drage and increase in parasite drag is the correct answer for this question I don't know why..

please anyone can help me out with this question?
