Hi Bob,
Just another confusion for me but I just want to confirm with you.

ISOL CB 018 - 025, TOPS 350 -400

Can you decode this and explain the whole thing please. The TOPS what does it mean?

It is describing the extent of vertical development of the storm cells. The bases are is between 1800 and 2500 feet AMSL and the tops of the clouds are between 35000 and 40000 feet AMSL.
