Today i sat the navigation exam and there was a quetion asking me to calculate the head,tail or cross wind component:
W/V 50/30
You are to land by runway 17..

My answer was 26 Kts tail wind but i got it wrong when i saw my KDR..

Please anyone can help with any bright ideas?
