For those who weren't aware, it turns out that Mr Tait has been with us for 70 years as of March the 8th. There was a birthday party held in his honour on the 6th of March, attended by many people who have been influenced by Bob's lifelong work in aviation. The band played, Tigers flew, and there were many stories told and lots of laughs to be had. There were many surprise guest's including Bob's daughter Alicia who flew out from the USA, Stefan of Stefan hairdressing salons, and also our very own Richard from the forums who came out to Australia early to celebrate and drink some red wine with Bob.
