Airspeed created the topic: Refuelling confusion - Old and new rules

Hi everyone.

I'm wandering if the CASA CPL Air Law exam still asks questions with the old rules?

EG Refuelling - 91.510 says that refuelling with passengers onboard is not permitted when either volatile, or non volatile fuels are being added, but 135.220 says that as long as the operator has procedures in place, then passengers are allowed onboard.

So, should I expect this to be examined, or the now repealed CAO law?

Thanks

CASR 91 and CASR 135 would replace the old CAO on this.

Thanks Bob.

I did the Law test on Saturday and got 88%.

I think, of the 5 questions I got wrong, most were the ones that I thought I knew 100% and didn't cross ref with the books, but should have.

Lesson learned, check everything.

That was the last of my CPL exams. Thanks so much to you and everyone involved with making the great study guides. Thanks to everyone in the forums too.

Cheers
Matthew
