Airspeed created the topic: Distance of other aircraft during fueling
Had a question in the CLWA untimed exam preps, that asked -
During fuelling ops, the aircraft fuel tank filling points must be separated from other stationary aircraft by at least -
The answer was given as 6M and said 91.475 contains the answer, but if I look at 91.475, its talking about fire extinguishers and I can't find anywhere, where the distance is mentioned.

I didn't think CAO 20.9 is current anymore with the release of Part 91.
CASR 91.470 says 'When an aircraft is being fuelled, a person must not create a fire hazard, or allow
a fire hazard to exist, within 15 m of the aircraft or equipment used to fuel the
aircraft'

Im finding a few of the exam prep questions are outdated now.
EG. One question asks - Fuel tank vents must be checked for freedom from obstruction -
The answer given is - Before the first flight of each day - And references CASR MOS 10.02 (f), but the current part 91 MOS, 10.2 is "Matters to be checked before each flight". so I selected before each flight as the answer.
