Q13. Company has chosen to to operate CAO 48 Instrument 2013. If you have flown 26 hours in the last 6 days and not limited by max requirements of 28 and 365 consecutive days. The maximum hours you may fly today is.
Answer B = 7 hours

The reference given CAO 48.1 Instrument 2013 App 1. Para 2.3

Is the reference incorrect and or is there information missing from the question?

Also regarding the CASA exam, do you know if they will give reference to the appendix in question?

The fatigue management section has been updated to reflect the changes as of Nov last year as such the whole section has been rewritten and question have been amended and your querie is one the amended questions. I suggest you download the new section available here www.bobtait.com.au/updates-and-errata/8-cpl-air-law-errata and continue with the new questions in that document

That is the update i am using, it is current in my book. 25.10.2019 last page 138.
The question I have is on page 140.
Are you saying that the Sample Set Q's Pages 140-155 will have outdated references regarding 48.1?

Not many but a few questions will have outdated references as I only updated the text last week

I'll try to get the erratta up to date as soon possible
