rubber created the topic: Is there actually a CAO 95.2 ?

Greetings all,

The law exam requires a copy of the CAO Parts 20-95.2
I have assumed the last document in the folder will be 95.2 but I can't find this legislative instrument on the CASA or legislation website.
The lowest numbered document from the CAO part 94 is 95.4 - Exemption from the provisions of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 - Gliders, powered sailplanes & power-assisted sailplanes
Is 95.2 a reference to a forgotten appendage from a bygone era?

(I ask this as I determine the feasibility of printing my own CAOs for the exam. Has anybody done this?)

Cheers

I would suggest just using the CPL Air Law extract found at www.bobtait.com.au/extracts

It saves taking in multiple documents and contains everything you will require for the exam in terms of CAR, CASR Part 61 and CAO's. Just make sure it meets CASA's requirements in terms of binding it, no tagging etc.

I used the extract a week ago and had no issues. All questions I had in my question bank came from the CAR, CAO and AIP. I didn't touch my maps or ERSA.

All the best with your studies.
