Hi bob could you help me with these few questions. Have failed law for the second time. Getting 75 then 70.
1. Charter flights carrying a animals

2 . Responsibilities of pilot with displaying Smoking signs
Landing taking off and below 1000ft

3. Aircraft on downwind leg for landing and you notice glider coming from left and you notice you are overtaking what do you do
Maintain heading preparing for collision if glider does not give way.
Alter heading to left
Alter to right
Can't remember other one
4. Your elt is unservicible what requirements need to be met for a chrt flight the next day
