Hey Bob,

Just wondered if you could clarify question 4 on page 92 of the CPL Air Law book. The correct answer is A but I'm struggling to find any clarification for this in the Regs.

Is it due to the operator being a charter operator and the flights being considered as RPT?

Hi mate.

Yes you are right. Answer A is correct.
Because chater operation has no fixed schedules but RPT has a fixed schedules .
Check CAR 206 1(b) and (c)
