CAO 40.1.0 section missing?

Hey guys I have purchased the set CAR,CAO's etc. I have noticed that 40.1.0 in the CAO has been referenced in the air law book, hence I tried to look it up. I can't seem to find it within my CAO, mine starts at 40.2.2 and I have a total of 6 pages in my section 40 (pilot licences and rating), am I missing something?
