Question 28 in BT CPL LAw from Page

asks What is min dist and viz in controlled class D

Ans is CTA = 1000ft above and below cloud with 5000m viz
OCTA= 1000ft above and 500ft below cloud and 5000m viz

According to AIP ENR 1.2-3 2.3

Class D in controlled airspace should be 1000ft above, 500ft below with 5000m of viz.

I could be missing something, its not like it would be the first time. Thanks for your help in advance guys.

bobtait replied the topic: Controlled a/s Class D

The correct answer to that question is [d], 1000 feet above and 500 feet below with 5km visibility. It was changed in the AIP when Class D was introduced a couple of years ago. The current versions of the book have the correct answer.
