Abosulte Ceiling

Spinrecovery created the topic: Abosulte Ceiling

Hi,
Please correct me if I have an incorrect understanding regarding absolute ceiling.
Basically, absolute ceiling is the maximum altitude that an aircraft cannot climb any higher with full power because
1. there is not enough excess thrust to produce lift
2. the air is too thin at high altitude for the air to remain on the upper surface of the wing
3.The aircraft is at the coffin corner where the stall speed of an aircraft is equal to the critical mach number which means if you fly any slower the aircraft will stall and any faster you encounter mach buffet.
What would I have to do If I want to go pass absolute ceiling?
Beside a spy plane U2, do you any other aircraft that fly at absolute ceiling?
Cheers
