Hi, I would like to know, does "scalloping may occur on final RWY 05" mean there would only be issue with VOR/NDB for RWY 05 or does it mean RWY 23 would also be affected?
And I suppose both VOR and NDB will be affected - not just either of them?

Note 1 applies to the VOR and the 05 approach. Not a problem normally seen with NBDs.
