Regarding conic projections, the description above figure 1.23 and 1.24 on pg 13 read to me that the standard parallels should be indicated one set below what they are indicated as by figure 1.23, figure 1.24 seems to contradict 1.23 immediately, demonstrating that the standard parallels indicated by 1.23 would actually represent the outer and second-most outer parallels in 1.23.
