If needs be, please do followup with more questions and we can address those in turn. With a bit of practice, you will find that it all becomes pretty straightforward. However, when starting out it can be a tad overwhelming.

To be honest. I had no idea what you meant by carpet, but understand now. Thanks for the explanation.

I'm still going through practice questions and so fr, so good, but I'll post any questions if they arise.

Thanks for the explanation.

My fault there, I'm afraid, for presuming too much knowledge on the part of readers. Mea maxima culpa.

An important point arises, though - an instructor's role is to get the message across effectively. One of a student's roles is to sing out loudly if that hasn't been achieved so, well done.
