Wind Landing P charts

Hi All, Could i please have some additional clarification on when to use wind in a landing P chart. At present i am using no wind. Thanks in advance

As a general rule -

(a) at planning (ie pre-flight) use the longest runway and nil wind unless -

(b) the forecast wind is excessive (crosswind) for the longest runway. In this case also check a suitable runway for the forecast crosswind and then use the lesser weight from (a) and (b).

(c) in flight (ie approaching the destination), use the reported actual wind.

(d) for an exam question, if the question asks specifically for the RLW, then use the advised wind.
