Referring to the Aug 2018 revision
Specifically Situation #3
Q: You take up a heading of 025 deg M
A: Track on diagram is labelled as 027 deg M. TTI is 025 deg M
Shoud be labeled 025 deg M and TTI is 023 deg M

Also not significant but the coordinates of Glen Innes is 2940S 15141E. It is noted wrong in Situation #1 but correct in Situation #3
I only referenced the coordinates in Situation #1 as I was trying to work out if the question was referring to the airfield of Glen Innes or the township. The question was not clear and the coordinates didn't help me. Worked it out in the end.
