I am just wondering if you can help me with 2 questions I've got in the cyber exams and I can figure it out? Thanks
0800EST on the 3rd November to UTC is
my answer was 022100 and it shows I am wrong
I just subtract 11 hours from it as november is summer.
the second one is EOD for a location 138E and 35S on Nov 3rd is closest to.
0940,0945,0950,0955.
My answer was 0950.

The 0800 given in the question is in EST, so you need to subtract 10 hours not 11 hours. If the question is referring to daylight saving time [summer time] it will state that clearly.
In the other question on EOD, I get an LMT of 1858 and when I subtract 9 hrs 12 mins, I get 0946Z.
