Hello,
I am working on my upcoming exam, and I realised I no longer have a NAV ruler, with Nautical Mile marks for measuring distance easily on the WAC.
Looking over other comments, it is not clear how much drawing lines on a WAC you actually need to do in the exam.
Does anyone have advise if this is required for the exam, or not that would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Dale

Hi Dale,
It's best you have a WAC ruler. I remember using it on a question or two but it may not always be the case.

A ruler is kind of basic requirement for your flying, it will come handy one day even in the age of EFBs.

Thanks SJM.
Yes, I always had one in the bottom of my flight bag, but I guess at some point it vanished!
I managed to source a loan for the exam, perhaps I will invest in a new one also.

Cheers
