Hello Sir
Just need some help on following questions.
Please answer these questions
1. Town A is located at 30 degrees south and 135 degrees east. Town B is located at 30 degrees south and 150 degrees east. If the LMT at Town A is 0800, what is the LMT at Town B?
2. Perth is located on 31 degrees south and 115 degrees east. Canberra is located on 35 degrees south and 149 degrees east. If the LMT at Perth is 0700, what is the LMT at Canberra?

LMT is simply the local time at any particular meridian. It doesn't matter what the latitude is. The earth turns 360° in 24 hours and that is 15° per hour. So if two towns are 15° of longitude apart they are 1 hour of time apart. So the town on 150° longitude is 1 hour ahead of the town on 135° longitude.

The longitude difference between Perth and Canberra is 34°. So Canberra is 34 ÷ 15 = 2.26 hours ahead of Perth. That's 2 hours 16 minutes (to the nearest minute).
