AT the bottom of the page the total minutes calculation

(85+38) X 1.15 +45+30 = 216.5 Minutes

Can somebody tell me how they get 1.15 Pls ? ( Whats this 1.15 )

I don't have the reference to look at but the calculation appears straightforward - (in minutes),

(a) (85+38) will be flight fuel for two planned legs
(b) the 1.15 can be viewed as 1.00 +0.15 .. ie, flight fuel (1.00) plus variable reserve (0.15 or 15 percent). Using the one multiplier (1.15) just does that part of the calculation in one go rather than two as an addition)
(c) 45 will be fixed reserve
(d) 30, presumably, is required holding

The total is minimum fuel required.
