Hi
In my recent CPL exam, I was required to find TODR given PH of 2500ft and OAT 30 degrees with max weight of 2300 lbs (Cessna 172). How can I work this out, as per reference to flight manual it only gives TODR at 1000ft deviations.

Generally an interpolation exercise typical of these sorts of charts. Note that one shouldn't extrapolate but interpolation is stock standard grist for the mill.
