Hi all,
I am currently completing my KDRs for my PPL exam and am having trouble finding information on the below? I am not entirely clear on what the syllabus question is asking so any direction would be great?
MSL analysis – basic features Part 61 MOS Unit 1.8.1 RMTC 2.2.1 - State the method of measuring surface air temperature, and relate that to actual temperatures above the runway.

Hi Asandri,
Check out the note at the bottom of page 153(electronic copy) of PPL VOL 2. Temperature measured between 1.25 and 2 metres above the ground.
Search the Bureau of Meteorology webpage for Stevenson Screen for further details.
