The Australian Aviation Theory Forum is a place for student pilots to ask questions, discuss CASA theory exams and share knowledge about RPL/PPL, CPL, IREX and recreational aviation study.
Does anyone know if we can get the new Part 91 + MOS documents from anywhere yet? Aipshop has the complete CAR/CASR listed as September 2021 but the new rules come in on the 2nd of December.
I'm planning to do Air Law in January but was hoping to get the docs earlier so that I can keep myself busy over Christmas
G'day
They are only available via download at present https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2020C00951 (Part 91)
and https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2020L01514 (Part 91 MOS)
Good luck with that (it's been doing my head in for weeks) 🙂
Cheers
Edit: We'll have a new Air Law text out within a month along with the other publications updated to the new regs.
