In CAO 157 says below 500 feet aerial work needs CASA permission.And it also says low level training in designed training area needs to meet the meaning of part 61 of CASA.But I can't find out the meaning.Please help.

You are referring to CAR 157 and the reference you need is in the CASR Part 61 Manual of Standards (MOS): http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2014L01102
