Hey everyone,

I'm Thinking of diving into meteorology as a career switch. any tips on how to get started? What qualifications do I need? Any courses or certifications you recommend? Also, how can I get some hands-on experience or connect with people in the field?

Grateful for any insights you can provide

Thanks,
@smith
