A quick one I hope. I extracted this TAF from one of the questions on your PPLA Prep Exam. It had me scratching my head a bit..
Am I reading it correctly: Issue Time 1840Z on 11th for a Validity from 2000Z on 22nd?
Understanding that the issue time would normally be within an hour or two of validity, is this a typo or do I misunderstand something?
